That’s why we always work with clients, providing creative and practical input to help them achieve a look that they will be happy with after we’re long gone.
In order to achieve this we include the client as much or as little as they like in the decision making process. Some clients like to remain at arms length once the plans have been agreed and budgeted while others like to participate in every detail down to choosing the finish of a door handle or the piping on a cushion.
Whatever the stance it is gratifying to accompany the client to venues or other showrooms where ideas and concepts can be seen live. Accompanying the client in this way also provides the client and designer team with further inspiration to complement the scheme or source those all important accessories that provide the finishing touches that the eye is so readily drawn to.
Prices are charged either by the project or by the time spent and normally half day or full day accompanied trips. The flexibility od this arrangement makes it possible for everyone to use the services of an interior designer without paying the kinds of fees you might normally expect to pay.
